STEPS ON HOW TO REFUND FOR A PAID COURSE

1. We offer 24 Hours refund window for Tonatel Online Academy Courses only.
2. Wait 24- 48 hours for Feed back
3. Refund will be inspected before acceptance.

EXCEPTIONS

Notwithstanding other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to grant refunds if;

1. You paid for a particular course but simply changed your mind about the Course.
2. You realized you had no need for it after 24hours of Payment.
